Projector and Screen Rentals for Miami Conference Rooms and Ballrooms

High lumen projectors and screens for conference rooms, ballrooms, and outdoor screenings. AVR Expos matches brightness and throw distance to the room before anything ships, so you’re not stuck with a washed out image under bright venue lighting.

What’s Available

Brightness Range

5,000 to 7,000 lumens for smaller conference rooms, up to 8,000 to 12,000 lumens for mid-size ballrooms, and 13,000 to 30,000 lumens for large general sessions and bright venues, including a 20,000 lumen Panasonic PT-DZ21K2U for the biggest rooms.

Throw Distance

Ultra short throw lenses for tight rooms and rear projection setups, short and standard throw for most hotel ballrooms, and long throw lenses for control rooms and projection distances over 100 feet.

Screens

Front and rear projection screens sized to the room and projector combination, coordinated so the image is sharp edge to edge.

Selection Support

The right projector depends on your venue’s size and ambient lighting more than anything else. Our team sizes it based on the room, not a default package.

How Miami Event Teams Use This

Hotel Ballroom Presentations

Miami hotel ballrooms often have limited blackout capability, which means brightness matters more than it would in a dedicated theater space. We size for that.

Large General Sessions

High lumen projectors in the 13,000 to 30,000 range for keynote stages and general sessions where the screen needs to read clearly from the back of the room.

Outdoor Screenings

Outdoor movie nights and evening events along the water need brightness and setup planning that a standard indoor conference projector isn’t built for.
